Jessica Atkinson is the founder of LAWLESS Strategy.
In 2025, Jessica was charged with five criminal offences. She was self-represented with no legal background and no prior experience in the legal system. She built her own defence, submitted a 34-page skeleton argument, and watched the magistrate come down hard on the prosecution for disclosure failures and evidentiary gaps.
All five charges were withdrawn at trial.
On the morning the matter was formally discontinued, the prosecutor told Jessica unprompted that her skeleton argument had been read by the entire prosecution unit. That it was being discussed around the office. That it was considered better than most legal arguments produced by trained lawyers in Perth.
Jessica Atkinson is not a lawyer. She is someone who knows how to read a situation methodically, find what matters inside a pile of documents, and build a position that holds under pressure. That is the foundation of LAWLESS Strategy.
